Delete your Kipe account
Kipe, the recipe app
From the app
- Open Kipe and tap your account button to open Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. If you signed in a while ago, Kipe asks you to sign in once more first (with Google, Facebook or your password).
What is deleted
- Your recipes and their photos
- Your shopping list, meal plan and settings
- The shared collections you own, with everything in them
- The recipes you added to collections other people own, and your place in those collections
- Your Kipe sign-in (your Google or Facebook account itself is not touched)
This happens right away and can't be undone. To keep your recipes, back them up first from Settings → Your recipes.
Without the app
If you no longer have Kipe installed, email support@kartioso.com from the email address you sign in with and ask for your account to be deleted. We delete it, along with any feedback you sent, within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
